CANCELLATION POLICY

PREPAID DEPOSIT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE AT THE END OF YOUR APPOINT MENT.

IF YOU MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE DO SO AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS, BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE A MAXIMUM OF 10 MINUTES OF “RUNNING LATE” BEFORE MARKING YOU AS A “NO-SHOW” AND FORFEITING YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS WE ARE BOOKED BACK TO BACK DAILY.

 

TERMS & POLICIES AGREEMENT

  • I am 18 years of age or older, and I understand that a valid ID is required to be presented to the artist to prove as such.

  • I understand that Hello Pretty Brows LLC does NOT perform Microblading on pregnant or breast feeding women, or any persons fighting life-threatening illness.

  • If I have previous work tattooing/microblading/ombre brows done on my eyebrows by another artist, I have received written approval for my procedure with Hello Pretty Brows LLC via email.

  • I understand that if I am sick or have any onset symptoms of an illness, that I should reschedule or cancel my appointment.

  • I understand that if I arrive for my appointment with symptoms of illness, Hello Pretty Brows LLC will refuse service.

  • I understand that I am required to provide my own mask upon my appointment, and that conversation will be limited during my appointment so as to prevent the spreading of any unidentified virus.

  • I understand that all appointments are reserved with non-refundable deposit fees at the time of scheduling.

  • I understand that I can reschedule more than 48 hours prior to, or cancel, my appointment at any time, and that the deposit fee is non-refundable. I understand there are no exceptions to this rule.

  • I understand that if I am more than 10 minutes late, my appointment will be forfeited immediately, and the deposit I paid is non-refundable.

  • I understand Hello Pretty Brows LLC’s Cancellation Policy.

  • I understand that it is my responsibility to immediately visit helloprettybrows.com after booking my appointment to view and follow the “BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT” instructions for best possible results.

  • I understand that I will be given after care instructions upon completion of my appointment(s) and that these instructions are also available online at helloprettybrows.com. I understand that it is my responsibility to follow these instructions exactly for best results.

  • I understand that if I do not complete my touchup appointments within the required touchup time frames (6-8 weeks refinement session from my initial microblading appointment, and every 6-12 months thereafter for maintenance), that I will be reset to a new client and will incur new client fees should I choose to book another appointment. I understand that there are zero exceptions to these rules.

  • I understand that results will vary per individual and that there are no guarantees as to how well the microblading will take on my skin in particular.

  • I understand that guests and pets are NOT allowed inside the studio.

  • I understand that if I need transportation, or someone to accompany me, that I will have them wait for me outside of the studio.

  • I understand that by booking this appointment, I am agreeing to the aforementioned Hello Pretty Brows LLC Terms and Policies.
